As a researcher and lawyer specializing in IP law, arts and emerging technologies, Pınar Bakırtaş graduated with distinction from Bilkent University Law School in 2020. After obtaining her license to practise law in İstanbul focusing on IP law, she furthered her expertise with an LLM in IP and Competition Law from Munich Intellectual Property Law Center- Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition. Since 2023 she continues her research at 4IP Council, where she now serves as a Coordinator& IPR Researcher. Alongside her research, she earned a second LLM in IP Law from WIPO and Ankara University.
